Soroptimist International, in 2005, launched a cutting edge online database for members all over the world to directly report on their work. The database is now underpinned by the causal pathway framework model for monitoring and evaluation.
Clubs from all over the world submit reports on their projects. Reports must be approved by a Federation programme leader and the international programme team before being accepted into the database. This gives the teams a chance to help members improve their reporting and ensure that the reports which are published are accurate and fall within our programme remit. What you read about in this impact report are projects which have been submitted to the online database and have been reviewed three times, alongside the information collected on SIA’s Women’s Opportunity Awards and Violet Richardson Awards.
